Alfredo, the man I trusted to protect my hair for over two years at the Santa Monica Supercuts location...is gone. He "no longer works" there and the branch doesn't seem to have any forwarding information.
I have no idea what to do. I'm six-seven weeks from my last haircut and now I might cry.
Happy Monther's Day! Quick updates:
- Last night, Connie and I shamelessly saw Stick It. My only defense is that we saw Silent Hill a couple weeks ago and it made Stick It look like an Oscar winner.
- Join last.fm today, then be my friend.
- I heard that gas prices are $4.30 for the cheap crap in Beverly Hills. USA! USA! USA!
- Good news, everybody! I talked to our landlords about the current destruction of our neighborhood. They stated that the developments were done by a couple companies who bought several clusters of apartments and that they were pretty sure that our complex is safe. The downside is we probably have to listen to construction for the next two years.

Monday on my way to work I saw the standard yellow signs strapped to sign posts for
Knocked Up. Which is cool because it's Apatow.
Seth walked by on his way back from the food truck. He looks exactly like he does. This was a far less exciting sighting than I thought it would be...I'm sorry Seth.

Damnit. It's happening again...we think.
Within the last eight months, about ten apartment complexes within
arm's reach of our own have been either demolished or are now scheduled to be. So Connie and I can't help but wonder when our place is next.
If you'll remember, the reason we're living where we live now is because they tore our old place down (which is now a giant condominium). The odds that we'd be forced out of two places in three years is a little unsettling.
