Billy Zane is planning to run as President of The United States and wants Kelly to be First Lady.

An insider on Zane's latest movie, The Last Drop, told the Daily Mirror: "When he first discussed standing for President, everyone thought Billy was having a laugh [we still do!]. But he explained that he'd looked into funding.
