Well that doesn't make sense at all. When was the last time you saw boobies and full out laughed with a [hardy-har!] or even a ruckus [gufaw!].
Probably never. So as a rule of thumb on this site, boobies = [giggle].
And let the record show that I have only used the word "giggle" and half-handful of times on this page. Once for some terrible short story I wrote, once because of Batman Begins, and finally...because of boobies.
